About this course

An intermediate, practice-led course for staff who operate or supervise Digital Eatery Inventory & Cost Control v1.4.2. Learners follow guided demonstrations, annotated workflows and restaurant scenarios before completing tasks in a sandbox or demonstration environment. The course covers ingredient and unit setup, receipts and weighted-average costing, recipes and modifier effects, counts and transfers, production-readiness analysis, evidence tracing and permitted use of the optional AI Ecosystem.
