Do learners or instructors need wp-admin?
Learner activity is front end. Instructor authoring is also designed around the front-end Instructor Studio.
Can I sell courses online?
Pro connects course purchase and enrolment to WooCommerce. Payment and subscription options depend on the commerce setup you select.
Can one provider manage several client organisations?
Enterprise is intended for organisations, agencies and providers managing multiple clients, groups, seats and programmes.
Can Eduware help create the actual courses?
Yes. Instructional-design services cover outcomes, structure, activities, assessment and quality review.
How is customer support handled?
The Support Centre combines a customer ticket portal, AI answers from approved resources, human handoff and trackable email communication.
